Jessica is a part-time Staff Therapist with Student Health and Counseling, bringing over a decade of experience in the field. Her academic credentials include a master’s in Counseling and Mental Health from the University of Pennsylvania, with ongoing doctoral studies at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, anticipating completion in 2026. Her professional expertise encompasses Integrative Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Complementary and Alternative Medicine. 

As a Certified Meditation and Yoga Teacher, she utilizes a range of trauma-informed interventions. In addition to her role as a clinical supervisor, Jessica manages a private practice and is a Nationally Certified Counselor, accredited by the National Board for Certified Counselors. 

Outside of her professional life, Jessica enjoys social coffee gatherings with friends and exploring nature with her two dogs. With a family heritage rooted in Italy, she deeply appreciates the rich Italian culture that continues to influence her daily life.
