Student Health and Counseling: PennChart Transition

On January 9th, Student Health and Counseling transitioned to a single, unified electronic health record (EHR) by adopting PennChart, powered by Epic. To find out more about our new EHR and the new Student Health and Counseling portal, click here.

Terema serves as the medical records and referral coordinator for Student Health and Counseling. Terema has been working at Penn since 2009 and loves helping students and their families.

Outside of work, Terema loves to spend time with family or volunteering at various organizations around town. On a night out, Terema may be found at Longhorn Steakhouse, her favorite dinner spot in the city.
